Why do we #care?
From the moment our customers walk in the door, they become our priority. Not just because they help our business operate, but because they help our team members families,their workplace operating, and their communities moving.
We are all connected with one another, and we realize this.
During the pandemic in 2020, Cleland Automotive wanted to help our nurses.
We ran a free oil change promotion for all Listowel Hospital staff, and handed out free sanitizer to the community/clients when demand was at an all time high.
We have strong roots in the health care community, so this was a small way we could give back.
Automotive shops sometimes have a bad reputation, and are often criticized for unfair service and lack of trust.
This bothers us, and we aim to eliminate every hesitation and concern through our practices. Using things like Auto Serve 1 (our app that will show you photos of our jobs on your vehicle), and thorough overviews of our work.
At the end of the day, #ClelandCares, because it's the right thing to do.
